Leadership.

Leadership is a whole new ball game, and often you organically end up in a leadership position due to excellent performance in your field. However, there's a catch. The skills that have brought you success to date, are likely not the same as those that ensure success as a leader.

The good news is, you most likely do have the characteristic to build upon. Transitioning into a leadership role is a challenging, rewarding and tangible step in your professional development. Mentors

Mentoring is an excellent first step towards a more formal leadership role. Our 4 part mentoring programme works with 'up and coming' leaders to develop basic mentoring capabilities to be used immediately, and an introduction to more advanced leadership skills.

This course if for individuals who are currently, or soon to be, directly line managing another individual or team. This is a minimum 4 part course which covers all necessary skills for new 'people leaders':

Leadership Coaching

Leadership Coaching is the perfect solution for individuals at all experience levels within leadership. It provides structure reflection opportunity, sound-boarding and clear actions to take back into the day-to-day to impact the results of your team and the wider business.
