  • A team you don't have the resources to train and coach on top of your busy role as a revenue leader.

  • An excellent product or service, but you are missing out on revenue because you haven't nailed your sales and customer team pitches, playbooks and processes.

  • A real desire for personal development, and want to find a way to up-skill yourself to perform better at work.



     

I have 4 unwavering principles when it come's to the professional development of any team or individual.

1. They should be immediately 'better at their job'. Evidenced by excitement to make change and measurable commercial results.

2. Time is precious. Training or coaching should be 'part' of your role, not separate from it. This is achieved through working on live business.

3. Theory is not for everyone. My sessions are more action focused, underpinned by theory and sales psychology.

4. No one knows best. Excellent results come from tailored and fluid sessions, varying view points and finding the right fit for each industry and individual.
