As bespoke as you require. Standard courses are available with no sector or business specific tailoring of the content (the delivery will always be tailored) or you can have a full programme designed around your workflows, language, industry sector and business model.

Not at all, we have lots of experience working with very mixed groups, the session will be facilitated to ensure everyone is challenged and engaged without overwhelming more junior attendees.

Does training mean lots of time off the desk?

Absolutely not. We base all training on your live business so you will be working whilst you learn. 
Coaching is also done on your live pipeline and personal business priorities.

We also offer out of hours sessions if you have an incredibly busy schedule and would value to space to focus away from the day- to- day

No not at all. We are action focused. We ensure not to get bogged down in theory, models or acronyms, which take up valuable time.

Everything we cover is of course underpinned by tried and tested theories and psychology. If you are someone who is interested in the theoretical element, we will always provide recommended reading and watch lists for you to delve deeper beyond the sessions.
