Can managers join to observe the sessions?Yes of course. They will also receive a recording and follow up notes to help with on the desk follow up and continued progress beyond the training. Perfect for coaching and referencing in 121s and reviews.

How do you work with Neuro-diverse individuals?Every element of training and coaching can be tailored to each individual. We'll work closely with you to understand your specific needs and preferences so you can be certain you will feel comfortable, whilst still feeling and appropriately challenged in learning, and deploying new skills.

What if I learn better by 'doing'?We love that. All of our training is focused on live business and taking action, not theory and hypothetical role play.

How bespoke are the courses?As bespoke as you require. Standard courses are available with no sector or business specific tailoring of the content (the delivery will always be tailored) or you can have a full programme designed around your workflows, language, industry sector and business model.

How do you ensure measurable, commercial results?Simple. By comparing your personal, or team, stats and results over a chosen time period before, and then after training. We advise that ahead of all training or coaching you have a clear and tangible area you are seeking to improve (we can help you assign this) and then you are totally confident that there has been return on your investment and an improvement in the required business area.

What if we already have an L&D team?That's great! Working alongside your L&D team has 4 clear benefits: Content can be hyper tailored and worked into any wider business training that already exists. They can observe the sessions and then go on to run follow sessions in house - it's yours to keep. If you have a niche training need outside of their skill set we can deliver it, and they have an opportunity to learn too, by joining the course. External perspectives can be brilliant for ensuring industry best practice and keeping up to speed with techniques and tactics used by other SaaS businesses.

Does it matter if my team are different experience levels?Not at all, we have lots of experience working with very mixed groups, the session will be facilitated to ensure everyone is challenged and engaged without overwhelming more junior attendees.

How many people can join 1 course?Each course allows up to 10 people to ensure each individual has a tailored experience.

Does training mean lots of time off the desk?Absolutely not. We base all training on your live business so you will be working whilst you learn. Coaching is also done on your live pipeline and personal business priorities. We also offer out of hours sessions if you have an incredibly busy schedule and would value to space to focus away from the day- to- day

Is there lot's of theory involved?No not at all. We are action focused. We ensure not to get bogged down in theory, models or acronyms, which take up valuable time. Everything we cover is of course underpinned by tried and tested theories and psychology. If you are someone who is interested in the theoretical element, we will always provide recommended reading and watch lists for you to delve deeper beyond the sessions.

Can we mix and match topics?Of course you can! Your programme can be totally tailor made. If there are topics we believe your team could benefit from, or you specifically want that are not on the website we will create them for you. We have a huge repertoire of content we can build in to achieve exactly what your team needs.
